2012 Basel Oris Aquis Titanium Chronograph

Thanks to the addition of titanium and tungsten, the new Oris Aquis titanium chronograph is ready for the toughest underwater tests.
Adding scratch-resistant tungsten metal elements makes the watch more durable, the new Oris diving watch has become a symbol of solidity. The inverted triangle directly above the 12 o’clock position of the dial, as well as the hands and scales on the dial, have been added with super fluorescent material to ensure that the time can be clearly recognized when the visibility is very low underwater.
The automatic helium valve at 9 o’clock is essential for professional divers working in the deep sea. The watch uses a locking stainless steel crown and stainless steel buttons, plus a sturdy screwed back cover to ensure the watch is intact. The foot / meter convertible scale is printed on the back cover of the watch.
The soft grey dial and built-in bezel are consistent with the watch’s style. The multi-layer case is water-resistant to 500 meters, making the Aquis titanium chronograph unique.
